My name is Ty Barbary; I go by Tenu (full name Itenumuti, formerly Emky) in most spiritual venues, but I’ll answer to either. :)

I am a Shemsu (follower) of Kemetic Orthodoxy, divined a child of Nebthet-Nit-Seshat and Hethert-Nut, beloved of Ma’ahes and Serqet. I have followed Sekhmet for half a dozen years before encountering the House of Netjer and falling into stride with its amazing community and nourishing practices. I have also loved and lived Celtic-inspired eclectic paganism for longer than I’ve known any of my Egyptian gods, and my soul’s marrow is still rich with Gaulish soil. I practice energy-work and have a strong animal-based spirituality, founded in zoology and ecology.

I am also a fiction-writer, music-maker, spirit-painter, jewelry-crafter, science-lover, student of martial arts, genderqueer, and paid geek on the web team of a great company.
