What I have noticed (particularly if I&#039;m preparing a presentation) is that if it makes my eyes tear while I&#039;m writing it, then I&#039;ve found a sort-of &quot;golden vein of truthfulness&quot; that will likely connect with the audience. I will add that I&#039;m not overly sentimental and I don&#039;t ever cry during a delivery --but a little cry or &#039;thrill&#039; is a physiological flag that confirms I&#039;m going in the right direction.]]></description>
