THANK YOU, now I can cross Lovecraft off my to-read list (he joins Ayn Rand in the discard pile). That really was hilarious. I wonder what my neighbors are thinking?

That site is awesome, and I will definitely be spending some time there. And as for women in comics: I love Coolvibe, but I always shake my head at the ridiculous clothes. I feel like they should be forced to create the costume in real life to prove that it can be fought in.

Thanks for writing something awesome to link to! :D

I'm fascinated by the unknown-to-outsiders languages, as well as dead languages. While I'm pretty sure the tribes would not appreciate it, I would love to go and learn their words - that would be spectacular.

Did you hear about the vanished tribe whose language was lost but for a parrot who knew a few dozen words? Explorers found the bird, and that's all they've got of that language. Talk about mystery!

Thanks for the mention Ty! I like that you included me on a list with Drew (The Rogue Priest). He's one of my newest on my list of 'amazing people I've been fortunate enough to befriend'.

I was actually reading recently about uncontacted tribes. I didn't know there were any in Brazil... the one I was reading about was the Sentinelese. I had no idea, but there are actually whole languages that no one on earth other than tribal members know. I love the mystery in that.

Thank you! Really, I only find and hoard the greatness, then sleep on the tottering heap in hopes some of it will rub off on me. ;)

The 22 authors piece was really interesting to me. I've heard a lot of advice for writers, but some of it was new and awesome. :D

It really is! I was so excited this morning when I noticed new buds opening. I can't wait for the Giant Puffball stage!

I'm in Carson City, Nevada, in that little strip of desert between the mountains. We get strange plants out here.

Thanks for commenting! Good to see you here. :)
